AI Trainer – LLM & Generative AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help shape the next generation of large language models and generative AI systems. Working remotely with a global team, you will design and execute training workflows that improve model accuracy, reduce bias, and enhance creative capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage end‑to‑end training pipelines, including supervised fine‑tuning (SFT), RLHF, and red‑team exercises.
• Develop complex prompt templates and testing scenarios across coding, creative writing, reasoning, and multilingual tasks.
• Define and maintain rubrics for model output quality and create high‑quality “golden datasets.”
• Analyze model failures, identify root causes of hallucinations or logical errors, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency and high standards.
• Document training methodologies, model behaviors, and iterative improvements for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product managers to translate research goals into actionable annotation tasks.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to annotation tools and platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., software engineering, computer science).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and articulate abstract concepts.
• Comfortable reading technical papers and staying updated on AI safety research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
