About the role
The Sales Operations Specialist will support PalmPay’s sales team by driving operational efficiency, tracking performance, and optimizing processes. This data‑driven role ensures accurate reporting, smooth field operations, and effective execution of commercial strategies across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance metrics and develop dashboards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
- Design, implement and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.
- Support field sales teams with operational coordination, onboarding and issue resolution.
- Administer sales incentive programs, track performance against targets and ensure accurate payouts.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data, ensure data integrity across systems and support CRM adoption.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations on campaigns, product launches and market expansion.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations or analytics.
- Experience in fintech, telecom or fast‑paced commercial environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and stakeholder management abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience with sales tracking and data reporting tools.
