Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and empathetic professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this position you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues and enjoy a smooth experience with our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system proficiency.
