Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring fast, clear, and friendly resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through chat and email.
• Answer customer inquiries, process orders, and address general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
