Internal Recruiter – In‑House Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are a fast‑growing ABA company seeking an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our in‑house talent acquisition team. This high‑energy position is ideal for a sales‑mindset professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit Board Certified Analysts (BCAs) using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including screening, interview scheduling, follow‑up, and onboarding.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs.
• Represent the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to align hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and comfortable working with goals and targets.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.

Required skills

• Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $50,000‑$60,000 per year.
• Commission structure on top of base salary.
