Customer Success Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies whose products turn virtual intimacy into the new normal, connecting people online across cultures and regions. It is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support its customers, with a remote, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on all questions about the websites by call, email and chat
• Handle customer requests quickly and effectively
• Resolve customer issues with the aim of retaining customers
• Promote the websites to customers when opportunities arise
• Maintain a high level of service quality

Required profile

• Fluent English; Japanese, Spanish or Chinese would be an advantage
• Experience working with international customers
• Quick learner able to absorb large amounts of information
• Stress resistant, energetic and proactive, with a "can-do" attitude

Required skills

• Fast typing in English
• Ability to analyse people psychologically and adapt to changing situations
• Ability to propose professional solutions to complex cases
