Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately record all interactions in our CRM system.
• Spot recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Work closely with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
