Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while working from your own home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with standard office hardware (i5‑class laptop/desktop) and reliable high‑speed internet.
