About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly assistance in French and English via phone and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
• Reliable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar e‑commerce support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
