Egocentric Video Data Collector

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals to capture first‑person (egocentric) video footage of everyday activities. The recordings will be used to train next‑generation artificial‑intelligence models and humanoid robots. Work is fully remote and you will record using a head‑mounted smartphone or smart glasses while performing routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Record raw POV video of daily tasks in a realistic residential or workspace environment.
• Wear the provided head strap or smart glasses to keep hands and objects in view.
• Follow strict technical specifications (stable lighting, landscape orientation, required resolution and frame rate, proper framing).
• Upload unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on the project portal within the agreed timeline.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and re‑record clips that do not meet framing or duration requirements.

Required profile

• Access to a modern smartphone capable of 1080p video at 30 or 60 FPS.
• Suitable residential or workspace where you can safely record daily activities.
• Strong attention to detail to keep hands visible, avoid mirrors or reflections, and maintain steady framing.
• Awareness of privacy concerns – no faces of other people, personal documents, or sensitive data may be captured.
• Self‑starter able to commit 4–20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline.
