User Acquisition Manager (Facebook Ads)

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies whose products help people connect online across cultures and regions. It is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join its Marketing team. The position is remote and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
• Report on and analyze advertising campaigns, using GA4, an internal CRM and other tools
• Scale channels without increasing CPA, improving ROI and other key metrics
• Test new targeting options, ad formats, landing page concepts and creatives

Required profile

• Facebook expert with at least 3 years of experience
• Experience with campaign automation (API, auto-rules)
• Meta Blueprint certificate is an advantage
• B2 English and C1+ Russian
• Good analytical skills, creativity and strong communication skills
